Description
OFFICE SPACE FOR RENT ON THE MAIN MARKET SQUARE
Office space available for rent in a historic townhouse located directly on the Main Market Square.
The offered premises have a total area of 435 m² and are situated in a renovated townhouse on the Main Market Square, with a view of the Cloth Hall (Sukiennice).

The offices are located in a restored historic townhouse on the Main Market Square. The building is equipped with an elevator and a modernized electrical system, allowing for individual metering of each floor. A separate power line for computer equipment enhances data security. The building is fitted with fire protection and alarm systems, as well as a video intercom. Air-conditioning installation has been prepared, with external units discreetly placed on the roof. Due to its location in a pedestrian zone, parking directly at the building is not possible. Access for deliveries is available between 11:00 PM and 10:00 AM. The nearest car parks offering affordable subscription rates are located approximately 200–400 m from the building.
